No shortage of cognac in North Korea

Even though sanctions have been put in place against North Korea bu the UN following its nuclear test at the start of October, the embargo should not affect luxury goods. There is massive contraband in cognac and fine wines from China. Each diplomat returning to North Korea is expected to bring back bottles of cognac, indicated one expert.
