Hennessy and Martell leading the way in jobs for the disabled

The largest cognac houses have used the disabled employment week to set out their steps in this area. At Châteaubernard, Hennessy has rolled out a redeployment and support program for disabled workers (5% of a total of 700 employees). At Lignères, Martell (8% disabled workers out of a total of 350 employees) has put in place a new production line with 3 disabled workers out of 8.
