Five takeover bids for Marie Brizard

Groups interested in taking over Marie Brizard had until yesterday morning to make an initial non-binding offer. Five bids have been received, including ones from Quartier Français (rums, notably La Réunion), La Martiniquaise (Label 5, Gran Cruz, Bardinet...), Mark Kaufman (a Russo-Israeli businessman and main importer of wines and spirits into Russia, notably in partnership with LVMH to distribute Moët-Hennessy cognac)...
